Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Available for orders exceeding ₹10,000.

  • For orders below ₹10,000, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking details.

  • You can track your order using the link provided in the message or contact our support team for updates.

Delivery Guidelines

  • Deliveries will be made to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure all shipping details are accurate to avoid delays.

  • If you are unavailable during delivery, our courier partner will attempt redelivery or contact you for further instructions.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or natural disasters.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • Inspection Upon Delivery: Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any damage or missing items, report it to the delivery personnel immediately.

Undeliverable Packages

  • If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to receive delivery, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you for redelivery. Additional charges may apply for re-shipping.
